Apple Cake Squares


This is what regular flour looks like.


This is my Mothers Recipe! By far one of my Favorite deserts from her! When ever I visit, I always request this as a Pack and go Snack!


For Gluten Free Double the Eggs!!!


Ingredients:


3 Cups of all Purpose Flour / Gluten Free


2 Cups of Sugar


1 Cup Oil - Gluten Free ad 1 1/2 Cups


3 Eggs - If changing to Gluten Free add 6 Eggs


1 Tablespoon Salt


3 Cups of your Favorite Apples - I use Apple Crisps.


1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon or more if you love Cinnamon


1 Teaspoon Baking Soda


Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips




Directions:


Pre heat oven to 350


Spray a Deep Cookie Sheet


Peal, and dice your apples into cubes


Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl


add wet ingredients


then finish with adding the apples and the chocolate chips.


Mix well then Dump into a pan.


The consistency will be a little thicker than cake batter


Bake at 350 for 30-35 Mins. Will be brown on top and cooked fully through. let cool for 20-30 mins before cutting.
