Marsala Wine Beef Stew!



this Recipe will show you how much flavor you can pack into one pan! My mom use to make this for me when I was a teen, and I can say it was by far one of my favorite thing she would make! I will try to give you exact measurement's but always remember to measure with your heart! if you like more garlic put more garlic, if u taste it and it needs more salt ADD IT! But here is what I do!


Dont like Beef??? Thats fine, do it with Chicken or Shrimp!!


𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤:

  1. 1 Red Pepper

  2. 1 Orange Pepper

  3. 1 Yellow Pepper

  4. 1 Green Pepper

  5. 1 White Onion

  6. 1 small container of Shiitake Mushrooms or any mushroom you want!

  7. 1 bottle of Marsala Wine if you cannot find the correct cooking wine you can use the more expensive Wine, but only use 1 pint of the bottle.

  8. Jasmine Rice

  9. Strew Beef Tips, or any Steak Tips.

  10. Salt/Pepper/Garlic Salt

  11. Cornstarch

  12. Beef Stock

𝕀𝕟𝕤𝕥𝕣𝕦𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕤:


  1. Dice all your Veggies into small bits. It is easier to put it all in a food processor until its diced.

  2. Start browning your meat! if you bought big chunks of steak tips, cut them in half's, it makes it easier for them to become tender while cooking with the wine! While your browning the meat put in Salt, Pepper and Garlic Salt for taste. Use as much as you want! You are going to be adding more later!

  3. At this time Wash your Rice if you didn't do it already and put it in your rice cooker. as much as you want! it it cook, it will be done by the time the meal is done! REMEMBER TO WASH YOUR FUCKING RICE!

  4. Once the meat is browned moved it into a bowl to rest we want the medium rare vibe. add in all your veggies in the same pan! cook this down for about 15 mins until the pieces of veggies are fully cooked! Add some more Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Salt. Make your you taste the cooked Veggies before you add incase it doesn't need the extra seasoning! _ If you are using chicken brown it remove it into a bowl. If you are doing shrimp do not cook it until the slurry step. Why? because u dont want to over cook ur shrimp and it taste fucking nasty.

  5. Once the Veggies are fully cooked down in the same pan, pour in the entire bottle of Marsala wine! If you bought the boujiee bottle add in 1 Pint! Don't over do it with this wine, it wont cook right!

  6. Let the wine cook down for about 10-15 mins. you will smell a difference from when you First poured the wine in, from when the alcohol is all cooked off!

  7. add in half a container of Beef stock

  8. Make a Slurry! Grab a spoon full of cornstarch and put some of the liquid from the pot in a cup or bowl. Mix in the cornstarch until its a liquid and pour it back in the pot. give it a good stir. If its not thickning up like gravy make another Slurry.

  9. Once its thick and not runny. turn off the heat! Let it sit for about 5 Mins without fucking with it.

  10. Scoop out some Rice in a Bowl and pour your veggies and shit all over it! Legit Amazing!
