These wings, or even Chicken tenders are to DIE FOR!
Here is the Glaze you will need!
2 Tablespoons of Oil
1/2 cup of Brown sugar, Dark or light
2 Tablespoons of Siracha
2 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic
If you have small winglets, you can deep fry them, then put this Sause on them and broil them in the oven. I do broil them twice after basting them twice.
if you have bigger legs or breast, cook in the oven to get close to temp, then deep fry and broil! they are sticky, and delicious! A real crowed pleaser!
